Ask how to connect an app, where a file ended up, or what a task actually says, and your employee answers the way a colleague would: by opening it. A card appears under the reply naming where you are going, fills up over about five seconds, then takes you there. You stay in charge of it. Click the card to go immediately, or click the cross to stay exactly where you are and keep reading, and it will not try to send you again on the next answer. Only one destination is offered per reply, for the place that matters most, so an answer never turns into a queue of jumps. It covers every page in the workspace, from Chat, Drive, Tasks and Calendar through to CRM, Tools, Training, your dashboards and your settings, and it covers the single record you were just discussing: a task, a project, a sprint, a file, a contact, a teammate, a team. A specific item opens where that item actually lives, with the record in front of you rather than the list it sits inside. Two limits are worth knowing. It can only take you somewhere you were already allowed to go, so it is never a back door to a record you could not find yourself. And it opens a page or a record, not one control buried inside one: ask about a single switch on a busy settings screen and you land on that screen. If nothing in your workspace matches what you asked, you are told so plainly instead of being dropped on the nearest guess.
