Fix: Failed File Attachments Vanished Instead of Retrying

Details

Sending a file with your message could fail quietly. The message looked like it went, then it was gone from the conversation, and your employee genuinely never received it, so asking them about it got you a blank. That is fixed: documents up to 72 MB per message go through, and the size shown when you attach a file is now the real one. If a message ever does fail, it no longer vanishes. It stays in the thread marked as not delivered, with a Retry button that resends it along with your attachment, so you never have to retype anything or hunt for the file again.
