- Sistava gives each employee its own memory (graph + episodic) and a searchable knowledge base scoped to the work it owns. Claude has account-level memory that persists across sessions on Pro and Max, so the old "it forgets everything" line no longer applies; the remaining difference is shape, one shared account-level memory versus a per-employee memory that stays tied to a role.
