Share Feedback & Ideas

The feedback panel is where you submit bug reports, feature requests, improvements, and questions, vote on what other users have asked for, and join the community.

TL;DR

Open Feedback from your profile menu in the top-right of the header. From there you can submit an item (bug, feature, improvement, or question), vote on items from other users, and comment on any item. Everyone across the platform sees and votes on the same board.

Where to Find It

Feedback is not in the sidebar. It opens from your profile menu:

Surface Path
Desktop Click your avatar (top-right of the header) -> Feedback
Mobile Open the More menu or your profile menu -> Feedback
Guide Click Feedback in the guide header
Standalone page /feedback

Any of these opens the same feedback panel as a drawer.

What You Can Do

Submit an Item

  1. Open Feedback
  2. Pick a type: Bug, Feature, Improvement, or Question
  3. Pick a topic: General, Chat, Integrations, Billing, Performance, or Security (you can also type a custom topic)
  4. Give it a title, and optionally a longer description
  5. Click Send

Your item is posted to the Community Board, visible to every user on the platform, not just your team.

Vote on Existing Items

The Community Board lists every submitted item, sorted by vote count first, then recency.

Comment on an Item

Open any card's comment thread to read or add comments. You can delete your own comments. Comments use markdown formatting.

Track Status

Every item carries a status set by the team: New, Reviewing, Planned, In Progress, Done, or Won't Do. There is no separate "my submissions" list: find your item on the board to check its status.

Join the Community

Click Discord in the panel footer to join the Discord server directly.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Where is the feedback panel? A: It is not in the sidebar. Click your profile avatar in the top-right of the header and choose Feedback, or visit /feedback directly.

Q: Do my votes actually matter? A: Yes. The Community Board sorts by vote count, so higher-voted items surface first for the team.

Q: Can I see the status of my bug report? A: Find the card on the Community Board; its status badge (New, Reviewing, Planned, In Progress, Done, Won't Do) reflects where the team has it.

Q: Is the Discord community free to join? A: Yes. Click Discord in the feedback panel footer, or the link on the support page, to join at no cost.

Q: Can I submit feedback anonymously? A: No. Submissions and comments are tied to your account so the team can follow up, but your email is not shown to other users.
