Explore Your Settings

Settings is where you manage your subscription, your workspace, notifications, and how your AI employees think and connect to the outside world.

TL;DR

Click the gear icon at the bottom of the left sidebar to open Settings. It covers Subscription, Technical, Organizations, Notifications, and Legal & Trust. This page is a map of every section so you know exactly where to look, and links to the full guide for each one.

How to Open Settings

Click the gear icon at the bottom of the left sidebar in your workspace. On mobile, tap More in the bottom navigation and choose Settings. Most sections require you to be an Owner or Admin of the workspace; a Collaborator only sees Legal & Trust.

Technical

Settings for how your AI employees think, work together, and connect to the outside world.

Page What It Does
AI Model The default model, thinking depth, and delegation settings every employee uses
Channels Every way the outside world can reach your employees
AI Guardrails Company-wide content safety and PII rules
AI Evaluation Choose which tools and responses receive automatic quality reviews
Credits Saver See how much a cheaper model handled for you automatically
Rate Limits Your own spending brake, plus every other limit on your workspace

AI Model sets workspace-wide defaults across three groups: Employee Brain (model tier, Thinking Depth, Creativity, Actions per Turn), Delegation & Teamwork (Parallel Delegations, Delegation Reach, Teammate Work Time, Loop Protection), and Advanced Memory (long-term memory across conversations). Models are grouped into four tiers: Fast, Standard, Advanced, and Frontier. Changing the default model only affects newly hired employees; existing employees keep their current model unless you change it on their own profile. Full detail: Choose AI Models.

Channels are grouped into In-App, Chat Apps, Telephony, and Programmatic. Flagship channels include REST API, MCP Server, A2A Protocol, Webhooks, and Email, alongside Slack, Telegram, WhatsApp, SMS, Discord, Microsoft Teams, phone calls, meetings, and more. Some channels are marked "coming soon." Each channel's setup, keys, and docs live in its own guide under Inbound Channels.

Rate Limits is where you set an optional spending brake that paces how fast your workforce burns credits, separate from your plan's credit allowance. Full detail: Set Your Own Spending Limit.

AI Evaluation has two separate cards. Tool-specific reviews run only after a selected app, utility, or internal tool produces work. Every response runs after every employee reply and includes Answer quality, Relevance, Helpfulness, Conciseness, Claim honesty, and any custom check you create. Everything starts off. Turn on a check, review or edit its quality standard, then save it. Each enabled check creates one additional quality review call when it applies. Response checks see the latest request and the reply, not a hidden reference answer, so factual correctness needs an evaluator that also receives a source or reference answer.
