Reach Them on Discord

Discord is the planned community messaging channel for bringing an AI employee into servers and direct messages, connected the same way as Slack: by authorizing a bot through OAuth. It is not available to connect yet.

TL;DR

Discord support is planned for servers and direct messages, connected by authorizing a bot the same way Slack is. It is not available to connect yet. Use Slack or Telegram for supported external messaging today.

How It Works

When released, a Discord connection will route messages to the employee you select. The employee will reply in the originating DM or server context, subject to its permissions.

What It Can Do

How to Set It Up

No setup is available yet. After launch, open Settings > Technical > Channels, select Discord, and use Manage to authorize the bot and choose the employee.

Tips & Tricks

Define which server channels should receive replies before enabling a community integration. Apply guardrails before exposing an employee to public conversations.
