Talk to Your AI Employee on Video Call

Start a live video call from an employee's chat. Your employee keeps the same conversation, memory, skills, and duties you use in writing.

TL;DR

Open an employee chat and press the video Call button. Allow camera and microphone access, then talk. In App Video is already on and has no setup screen or channel toggle.

How It Works

The call is another way to talk to the same employee, not a separate assistant. It appears alongside the chat, and the conversation continues in the same history.

What It Can Do

You can What happens
Start a video call The employee joins with its avatar and spoken replies.
Continue the chat Typed messages and call conversation stay with the same employee.
Switch to audio Turn video off during the call when you only want to talk.
End the call The employee remains available in the chat.

How to Set It Up

  1. Open the employee you want to speak with.
  2. Go to their chat.
  3. Press the video Call button beside the message box.
  4. Allow camera and microphone access when your browser asks.
  5. Start talking.

There is nothing to enable in Settings > Technical > Channels. That page shows channel status and configuration for routes that need it, but in app video is always on.

Tips & Tricks

Good to Know

The call starts from the employee chat. Technical → Channels is a place to inspect channel status, not a required setup step for in app calls.
