Three Steps to Your First Conversation
- Sign up. Create your account at the signup page. You start on the Free plan with 2,000 lifetime credits, no credit card required.
- Hire from the Marketplace. Click "Marketplace" in the sidebar. You will see a grid of AI employees, each tagged with the department they specialize in (Marketing, Sales, Support, HR, Operations, and more). Search or filter to find one, then click "Hire." It is a single click, no interview required.
- Start talking. After hiring, you land directly in a chat with that employee. Type what you need in plain English and they get to work.
That is it. Your first AI employee is ready.

Hiring More Than One
Every hire from the Marketplace is one employee at a time. There is no limit to how many different roles you can hire (the Free plan caps you at 2 employees total; paid plans allow more). Repeat the hire step for each role you need.
If you want a pre-built team instead, look for a "Hire Team" option on a solution or use case page on the public site. That hires a whole group (a leader plus specialists) in one step and drops you into the leader's chat, who then coordinates the specialists. You can also build a team manually later from Company > Employees by grouping employees you already hired and assigning one as leader.
What Happens Behind the Scenes
When you click "Hire," the system creates the employee from a pre-built template. Each employee gets foundational skills, duties, and tools assigned automatically based on their role. The employee starts in an onboarding state, but can already work immediately. You do not need to wait for onboarding to finish.
If you click "Hire" before signing up, your selection is saved. After you sign up, the hire completes automatically and you land in the right chat.
Tips for Getting Started
- Be specific with your requests. "Write a short welcome email for new customers, friendly tone, under 100 words" produces better results than "write an email."
- Give feedback naturally. If the result is close but not right, just say what to change. The employee adjusts based on your input.
- Use search and filters in the Marketplace. Search by name, role, or tool, or filter by department, level, and tool to find the right hire faster than scrolling the whole grid.
- Explore the dashboard tabs. After hiring, click on the employee in the sidebar and browse the tabs (Skills, Tools, Duties, Profile) to see what they can do and customize them.
