Navigate Your Workspace
The Workspace is your daily hub for managing your AI workforce. It is the main screen you see after logging in.
TL;DR
The Workspace has three layers: Employee (individual work), Team (group coordination), and Company (organization-wide oversight). Navigate between them using the sidebar on the left, and jump straight to a specific feature using the icon rail. Each layer has its own set of tabs, and the tab you are on is preserved as you move between employees and teams.
One Word, Two Meanings
Workspace means the screen described on this page, and it also means the container that screen belongs to. A workspace is one organization: it holds its own employees, teams, work, files, memory, billing, and settings, and nothing crosses from one workspace to another unless you share it deliberately.
You can create more than one, for example a workspace per company, per client, or per brand, and switch between them from the account menu. Managing them, along with collaborators, roles, and seats, lives in Manage Your Workspaces.
How the Workspace Is Organized
The Workspace is split into two main areas: the sidebar on the left and the dashboard on the right.
The Sidebar
The sidebar has two parts that share the same organization tree:
- An icon rail for jumping straight to a feature (Chat, Drive, Tasks, Calendar, Inbox, CRM, Tools, Playbooks, Skills, Duties, Training, Routines, Employees, Performance, Profile, Organization), scoped to whatever employee or team you last had selected.
- An entity tree showing your org chart: Company at the top (your organization name), Teams as expandable sections, and Employees nested under their team.
Two special teams always exist:
- Bench holds employees that are not assigned to any team yet. New hires land here by default.
- Alumni holds employees that have been terminated. Their history is preserved.
Click any item in the entity tree to open its dashboard on the right.
The Dashboard
When you select something in the sidebar, the dashboard shows a tab bar across the top. Each tab gives you a different view. The available tabs depend on which layer you are viewing, and the tab bar groups them into a primary row and a couple of secondary groups reachable from a dropdown.

What You Can Do
| Action | How |

| Message a team | Click the team name in the sidebar (routes to the leader) |
| Switch between layers | Click Company, a team, or an employee in the sidebar |
| Jump to a feature directly | Click its icon in the icon rail |
| Open Settings | Click the gear icon in the sidebar |
Tips and Tricks
- Spend most time at the Employee layer. Direct chat with employees is where most work happens.
- Use the Company layer for oversight. Check company-wide tasks, activity, and performance to stay on top of everything.
- The sidebar is always available. No matter which tab you are on, you can jump to any employee or team in one click.
- Tabs persist when you navigate. If you are on the Skills tab for one employee and click another employee, you stay on Skills.
- Clicking Team or Company from a chat lands you on people, not messages. From an employee's Chat tab, jumping to Team opens Members and jumping to Company opens the 3D Office, since you are mid-conversation and most likely looking for people, not the delegation log.
Good to Know
- Real-time updates. Messages, task changes, and activity updates appear instantly without refreshing the page.
- Responsive design. The Workspace works on desktop, tablet, and mobile browsers.
- Desktop app available. A companion desktop app adds browser and computer control capabilities for your employees.
- URL reflects your location. The URL updates as you navigate, so you can bookmark specific views or share links.
