Expected. The system learns your voice through your review comments, not through ESP. First sprint, you leave detailed comments. Second sprint, fewer. By the third, the drafts are in the right direction on delivery. The feedback loop is the feature - it is not a bug that the first output is not perfect.
You configure which actions require approval. Most operators start with approval-required on all publish actions. Some move to auto-publish for short-form social after a few weeks of trust-building. Long-form articles almost always stay in the approval flow - the cost of a weak article ranking for the wrong query is higher than two minutes of your time.
