AISera

AISera sells autonomous AI agents for internal enterprise service desks: IT ticket resolution, HR requests, and finance workflows, built with a natural-language Agent Composer and its own compliance framework. Founded in 2017 in Palo Alto, AISera raised more than $90 million, including a $90 million Series C, and was acquired by Automation Anywhere in 2026, folding it into a larger enterprise automation suite.

Pricing is quote-only, with a reported median annual deal around $90,000 according to Vendr, and an Azure Marketplace listing starting at $200,000 per year for up to 1,000 users. This is a platform bought through procurement by an IT or operations leader, not something a small team signs up for on a Tuesday afternoon.

IBM watsonx Orchestrate takes a similar build-platform approach but with a much wider reach across departments. Instead of one agent for one job, it is designed as the single governed layer a large IT organization puts over dozens of agents at once, each wired into a different internal system.

Every platform so far assumes a buyer with a procurement process, a technical team to build or configure agents, and a budget that starts at hundreds of dollars a month and can run into six figures a year. Microsoft Copilot Studio

Microsoft Copilot is the AI layer built across Microsoft 365, and Copilot Studio is where IT teams build custom agents on top of it. ServiceNow

ServiceNow, founded in 2004 and public on the NYSE under the ticker NOW since 2012, built its business on IT service management and has extended that into AI agents through Now Assist and its AI Agent Orchestrator. In 2026 the company restructured its pricing into three AI-native tiers, Foundation, Advanced, and Prime, with generative AI now bundled in rather than sold as a separate add-on, and folded in Moveworks after acquiring it for roughly $2.85 billion.

Estimates put Foundation-level access around $70 to $100 per user, rising to $160 to $200-plus for the top Prime tier before AI usage charges, and ServiceNow does not publish pricing publicly, so an actual quote requires a sales conversation. This is a platform for companies that already run their IT service desk, change management, and asset tracking on ServiceNow and want AI woven into workflows they already depend on.

Salesforce Agentforce sits in a different bucket entirely. It is not a platform you buy on its own merits, it is an AI layer that only makes sense if your company has already built its sales and service operations inside Salesforce. That dependency is the whole trade-off: deep native access to CRM data, but no path to Agentforce without the CRM subscription underneath it first.
