FAQ

Where can I find the media kit and logos?

The full brand kit lives on our brand page. It includes the Sistava wordmark, the icon mark, color palette, clear space rules, correct and incorrect usage, and founder headshots. Everything is free for editorial use.

How do I request an interview or a demo?

Email [email protected] with your publication, your deadline, the angle you are working on, and any questions you want covered in advance. Founder interviews, product walkthroughs, and customer introductions are typically scheduled within one business week.

Can I get an on the record quote from the founder?

Yes. Send your draft or your angle to [email protected] and we will return a named, on record quote tailored to your story. We can also provide background context on the AI workforce category if that is useful.

Do you share embargoed news with reporters?

Yes. We regularly share product launches, funding, partnerships, and customer stories under embargo. Email [email protected] and we will add you to the relevant briefing list.

Do you have screenshots, demo videos, and customer examples?

Yes. We can share high resolution product screenshots, short walkthrough videos, and customer stories on request. Some customer names are NDA protected, but the underlying use case and metrics are almost always sharable.

How should we spell and style the brand in print?

Always "Sistava", two words, capital S, capital AI. Never "SistaAI", never "Sista.ai" in prose, never all caps. The legal entity is Sistava B.V., registered in the Netherlands. We refer to the people inside the product as AI employees, not bots or agents.

What makes Sistava different from other AI agent platforms?

Most tools sell agents to developers who still need to build the workforce. Sistava sells the workforce itself. Every AI employee is prebuilt, prehired ready, and organized into a real company structure with teams, managers, and a shared workspace. Customers hire talent, not build agents.
