- Hire an AI Employee: Browse the Marketplace and hire an AI employee for a specific role: a department specialist, a personal assistant, or a custom role you define from scratch. Hiring is free and instant. You land straight in the new employee's chat, and every skill, duty, and tool it starts with can be changed afterward from its dashboard.
- Interview Before Hiring: Chat with any employee template before you hire it, on the public marketplace pages or inside the app, to see how it thinks and communicates about your actual work. When you're convinced, say so in the conversation or click Hire; nothing is added to your team until you decide.
- Employee Builder: Employee Builder is the "Build Your Own" card in the Marketplace: instead of hiring a pre-built role, you start from a blank template and set the name, role, and persona yourself. The new hire starts with one skill, Research & Brief, and nothing else pre-assigned, so you add skills, duties, and tools from the Skills, Duties, and Tools tabs to match the exact job you need done. It is a Custom-plan feature; every other plan hires from the marketplace's pre-built roles instead.
- Personal Assistants: Every account starts with a Personal Assistant already hired, ready to talk before you decide who else to bring on. No marketplace trip, no setup, no decision to make first.
- Shape Your Employee's Personality: Write a short persona prompt to set how each AI employee talks: formal or casual, brief or detailed, warm or blunt. Every employee starts with a role-based default, and you can rewrite it any time from the Profile tab. The change applies to the employee's next message, no restart needed.
- Customize Employee Profile: Every hire's Profile tab is fully editable: name, role, team, avatar, persona, language, and tone of voice, all changed in place without a rehire. Updates apply from the next message onward, across every channel the employee uses. A change history on the same tab shows who edited what and when, including edits the employee made to its own persona.
- Credits Saver: Credits Saver watches every message and quietly hands the easy ones (greetings, quick acknowledgements, 'make that shorter') to a lighter, cheaper model, while real work still runs on the model you picked. On everyday back-and-forth that often means 40 to 50% fewer credits, with no drop in quality where it counts. It is on by default and fully in your control: turn it on or off anytime, and see tracked credits saved, its router cost, and the net benefit on its own page.
- Get Started Through Conversation: When you hire an AI employee, they land in your chat with a short greeting that names their role and what they handle, then ask what you need first. There is no setup wizard, no progress bar, and no settings panel to fill in before they can work. You customize name, persona, skills, and tools later from their dashboard, but none of that is required before the first message.
- Remember Every Conversation: Your AI employees remember what happened in past conversations, across your whole workspace, not just the one they are in right now. Preferences, decisions, and facts shared in chat get carried forward automatically, so you never have to repeat yourself to the same employee, or explain the backstory to a different one. It works out of the box, with nothing to set up or turn on.
- Ask Your Employee About Sistava: Ask your employee about Sistava itself and get a real answer: what plan you're on, what a feature costs to unlock, what your limits are, or who else you could hire. Your employee reads the live plan and feature data at the moment you ask, so the answer matches what your account actually has right now, not a guess from training data.
- Keep Notes Between Tasks: Every employee keeps a personal notebook of what it has learned about you: your preferences, corrections, contacts, and how you like work done. That notebook loads automatically at the start of every conversation, so you never have to repeat yourself. Update a preference once and it sticks for good, across every future task and every channel.
- Model Selection: Every employee runs on a model you choose, not one fixed default. Switch models per employee from the AI Models page whenever a job calls for more reasoning power or a cheaper, faster response.
- Choose How Deeply Your Employee Thinks: Set how much an employee thinks before it answers, from Off through Minimal, Light, Medium, and Deep, or leave it on Auto so the platform picks the right depth per message on its own. It applies workspace-wide from the AI Behavior settings page, with a per-employee override when one employee's work genuinely needs a different depth than the rest of the team.
- Set a Per-Task Action Limit: Set exactly how many actions one employee can take while working on a single task, from 50 up to 1,000. Give a research-heavy employee more room to search, read, and delegate before it has to stop and report back, or cap a simple support employee tighter so it never wanders past what the task needs.
- Custom Knowledge Training: Feed your company's existing knowledge into your AI employees so they answer questions and make decisions using your real data, not generic guesses. Train from a connected app (Notion, Slack, HubSpot, and 65+ more), a website crawl, an uploaded file, or pasted text. Training is company-wide: every employee shares the same knowledge base and searches it automatically on every conversation.
- Manage Employee Status: Pause, resume, or let go of an AI employee without losing anything. Suspend an employee when you don't need them right now and bring them back exactly as you left them, or terminate one and keep their full chat history and work record in your Alumni list. Terminated employees stop counting against your plan's employee limit, and you can re-hire the same role later.
- Hire a Full Team: Hire a complete pre-built team from the Marketplace in one click: every member configured, a leader assigned, and sprint planning ready to start. Or build a custom team from your existing hires, pick a leader, and set it up yourself. Either way, you talk to one leader and they coordinate the rest.
- Give Your Team an AI Leader: Every team you hire gets one employee assigned as its leader, marked with a crown badge. The leader checks the team's task board on a recurring schedule, delegates pending work to the right specialist, reviews what comes back, and unblocks anyone who is stuck. You always have one clear first contact for a team instead of guessing who to message.
- Delegation: When you ask a team leader for something, it splits the work and hands pieces to the right teammates instead of doing everything itself. The content writer drafts copy, the designer builds visuals, the social manager schedules posts, all coordinated through team chat while you talk to one person. Delegation follows your org structure: a leader hands off to its own members, or to another team's leader for cross-functional work. Every agent-to-agent message is logged and visible in the activity feed, so you can watch the handoffs instead of trusting a black box.
- Sprints: Give a team's work a goal and a time window instead of an endless task list. Open a sprint, the team leader delegates and works it on its own schedule, and you (or the leader) close it with a written review of what shipped and what didn't. Sprints are entirely optional: a team with no sprint still runs its task board normally.
- Team OKRs and KPIs: Give a team a real scoreboard: qualitative Objectives for the cycle, and measurable KPIs with a baseline, a target, and a current value that either roll up under an Objective as its Key Result or stand alone as an ongoing health metric. Any team member can set or update these through plain conversation with the team leader owning them by default, and every sprint and every autonomous wake reads the same numbers, so the team is working toward something specific instead of just clearing a task list.
- Team Goals & Guidelines: Give a team a shared Vision statement and a set of Guidelines that every member reads before they act. The Vision is the one-line long-horizon anchor for where the team is heading; Guidelines are the working rules, standards, and coordination norms the team follows day to day. Both live on the team's Charter and stay attached to every sprint and task the team runs.
- Move a Team Member to the Bench: Every workspace has one Bench: a holding area for employees who are not currently on a working team. Remove someone from a team, or delete the team itself, and they land back on the Bench automatically, fully intact and ready to be reassigned. Nothing about them is deleted; only their team membership changes.
- Keep Former Team Members: When you let an employee go, they don't disappear. Sistava moves them into your Alumni list, where their chat history and work stay intact and readable. If you need them back, one click restores them to active with everything they knew still in place.
- Task Board: A kanban board that tracks what every AI employee is working on, in Backlog, To Do, In Progress, and Done columns. Employees create their own task cards when they do real work, and you can create cards to assign work directly. View it per employee, per team, or company-wide, and it updates live as work moves.
- Start a Task Now: Every open task has a Start now button. Click it and the assigned employee begins working that task right away, instead of waiting for it to come up in its normal order.
- Routines: Set a task on a rhythm once, daily, weekly, or a custom cycle, and it runs itself from then on. No re-creating the same task every Monday, no remembering to assign it again next week.
- Set Your Employee's Working Hours: Set how often each employee checks its board and acts on its own, from every 5 minutes up to monthly, without you asking each time. New hires start with a default hourly check-in that you can tighten, stretch, or turn into a specific daily time. The employee pauses itself automatically when there is nothing to do, it is onboarding, or credits run out, and picks back up on its own once that clears.
- Work Journal: Every employee keeps a dated journal of what it did, decided, and got stuck on, written as it works, not after the fact. Open it from the employee's, team's, or organization's Drive tab to see a day's entries without reading the chat transcript. Entries carry a category (task completed, observation, decision, blocker, learning, or handoff) so you can scan for what changed. It starts on hire with nothing to configure.
- Playbooks: Every employee leads with a short set of proven playbooks, the highest-value jobs they can run start to finish for the role you hired them for.
- Task Comments: Comment directly on a task, Drive file, sprint, CRM contact, or notification, and @mention the person, team, or AI employee who should act on it. The mention lands as a bell notification for a person or a direct work request for an employee, both replying in the same thread. Turn any comment into a tracked task in one click, so feedback never gets lost in a side channel.
- CRM: Every business runs on a CRM, the shared book of the people and companies it deals with. Sistava builds one in, and your AI employees run it for you. They add a prospect the moment one comes up, keep contacts current, open deals and move them down the pipeline as they progress, and write notes so nothing is forgotten. You get one clean place to see who you know, what's in flight, and what it's worth, without paying for a separate CRM.
- Sales Pipeline: Your deals live on a pipeline board, the same shape as your task board: a column for every stage, New, Screening, Meeting, Proposal, Customer, and a card for each deal showing its value and the company behind it. As a deal gets closer to won, it moves down the board. Your AI employees keep the pipeline current, opening deals, moving stages, and updating amounts, so you always know what's in flight and what it's worth, at a glance.
- Web Chat: Chat with any AI employee directly in the workspace, with a streaming reply, a live execution timeline showing what it is reading, thinking, and doing, and inline approve/reject buttons when it needs a sensitive action confirmed. It is the default channel: nothing to configure, works on desktop or mobile, and every conversation persists so you can pick it back up later.
- Connect an Email Provider: Point your own SendGrid, Mailgun, or Postmark inbound-parse webhook at a tenant-scoped endpoint and every email that lands there gets turned into work for an employee. Forward support requests, sales inquiries, or internal approval emails and the employee reads the sender, subject, and body, then acts on it in the background. You get a 202 response immediately; there's no waiting on the request.
- Personal Mailbox: Every employee gets its own email address on the shared Sistava domain the moment you hire it, no setup. Email it directly, CC it on a thread with other people, or forward something over, and it reads and replies within seconds. Free to send from, with a monthly cap by plan. Control the shared employee signature in Company Profile, or connect your own Gmail or Outlook when you want it sending as you, with no cap.
- Send from Gmail or Outlook: The built-in employee address is free and always on, but it sends as the employee, not as you. Connect your own Gmail or Outlook instead and an employee sends and replies from your real address, in your name, with no monthly sending cap on any plan.
- REST API: Every AI employee is reachable over a REST API: send a prompt to POST /api/v1/chat with the employee's ID and get their response back as JSON, running through the same execution pipeline as web chat with full access to that employee's skills, tools, and memory. Requests are synchronous, blocking for up to five minutes, and authenticate with a Bearer API key shared across every programmatic channel (REST API, MCP Server, A2A, Webhooks, Email). The channel is off by default and must be enabled from Settings > Technical > Channels before it accepts requests.
- Webhook Inbound: Send a POST request to a single endpoint whenever something happens in one of your other systems, and your AI employee picks it up and acts on it in the background. You get a 202 response immediately; there is no waiting for a reply. The same employee that answers you in chat can react to a failed deploy, a new order, or a support ticket the moment it fires.
- Let Other AI Clients Use Your Employee: Connect Claude Desktop, Claude Code, Cursor, Windsurf, ChatGPT, or any Model Context Protocol client directly to your AI employees. Generate an API key, add one config block, and your coding tools can send prompts to any employee by ID and get a real response back. No custom integration code required.
- Let Other AI Agents Work with Your Employee: Turn your workforce into an agent that other AI agents can call directly. Any client that speaks Google's A2A protocol can discover your employees, hand them a task, and get the result back, all without touching your web UI or writing REST API glue code.
- Calendar Invites: Add your employee's personal address as a guest on any Google, Outlook, or Apple calendar event and they show up for the meeting automatically, no RSVP or extra app on your side. Once the meeting starts, the employee joins the Meet, Zoom, or Teams call, listens, speaks when addressed, and writes a summary afterward. There is nothing to switch on for the invite itself, just turn on the Meeting Attender tool for that employee once.
- Slack Channel: Bring your AI employee into Slack as a real bot user your team can mention, DM, or trigger with a slash command. Every reply lands in the same thread, and memory, tasks, skills, and tools stay shared with web chat, so a conversation started on Slack continues anywhere else. You approve or reject requests right from Slack, and the bot only speaks when mentioned, DM'd, or already in a thread.
- Telegram Channel: Connect an AI employee to its own Telegram bot so you can message it from your phone the same way you message a person. It answers direct messages instantly, and joins group chats where it replies only when mentioned or replied to. Memory, tasks, and tools are shared with the web app, so a conversation started on Telegram picks up right where it left off on the desktop, and back again.
- Meeting Channel: Paste a Google Meet, Zoom, or Microsoft Teams link and your AI employee joins the call as a real participant. It listens the whole time, speaks up when you address it by name, and writes a summary to memory and Drive once the call ends.
- 1,000+ App Integrations: Connect your AI employee to Gmail, Slack, Notion, HubSpot, and over a thousand other apps through secure OAuth, no API keys required. Authorize an app once for your company, then switch it on for any employee with one click. Your employee takes real action inside these apps, sending the Slack message, updating the HubSpot record, drafting the Gmail reply, instead of just describing what it would do.
- Browser Automation: Most automation tools can read a public web page and stop there. The moment a task needs a real login, a multi-step form, or clicking through an actual workflow, they fall over. Browser Automation gives an employee a real browser on your own machine, driven through the desktop companion app, so it can navigate, click, type, and pull data out of sites the same way you would, including the ones that live behind a sign-in.
- Computer Controller: Most AI tools stop at the browser. The moment work lives in Photoshop, Excel, Logic, Final Cut, or a native app with no API, they're stuck. Computer Controller is what lets an employee step outside the browser and operate your actual desktop, real mouse, real keyboard, real screen, through the companion app running on your machine.
- Let Your Employee Use Any Desktop App: Your employee controls your actual desktop, not just a browser tab. It clicks, types, manages files, and runs terminal commands in real applications on your machine, the same way you would sitting at the keyboard. It works through the free Desktop Companion app and covers native software, file management, and shell tasks in one capability.
- Let Your Employee Work with Local Files: Connect the Desktop Companion app and your employee can read, write, list, and search files on your own computer, scoped to your home directory. Ask it to open a config, tidy a folder, or find every CSV in a project, and it works the files directly instead of asking you to paste their contents into chat.
- Let Your Employee Run Terminal Commands: Once you pair the Sista desktop app, your employee can run real shell commands on your machine: git, npm, brew, ls, grep, and anything else you'd type yourself. Commands run as your own user with no privilege escalation, and a hard-coded blocklist rejects destructive patterns like rm -rf /, disk formatting, or piping a remote script into a shell before they ever execute.
- Let Your Employee See Your Screen: Your employee looks at your actual screen and works from what it sees, not just an API. It captures your desktop through the Sista desktop app, reads the pixels the same way you would, and can click, type, and scroll based on what it finds. That covers any app you have open, including native software, dashboards, and design tools that never had an integration.
- Web Search: Every AI employee can search the live internet for current information and answer with sources, no setup required. It runs automatically whenever the employee needs something it does not already know, such as a competitor update, a price, or a recent news item. Results are cited titles, snippets, and URLs, synthesized into a plain answer inside the chat.
- Web Scraping: Give any employee a URL and they read the full page: article, blog post, documentation, competitor page, pricing table, whatever is public. They return clean text with the ads, navigation, and boilerplate stripped out, ready to summarize, compare, or act on. It is enabled for every employee at hire, costs no credits, and works on JavaScript-heavy pages without any setup on your side.
- Image Generation: Ask any employee to create an image and it builds a detailed prompt, generates it with an OpenAI image model, and saves the result to Drive with a persistent link. Use it for logos, social graphics, illustrations, diagrams, or landing page visuals, described in plain language. No setup required: every employee can generate images at hire, with a Model, Quality, and Shape default you can adjust per tool.
- Give Your Employee Any MCP Server: Paste the URL of any external MCP (Model Context Protocol) server into an employee's Tools tab, and Sistava discovers every tool it offers and hands them to that employee, with no code required. The connection is granted to the employee's whole team, so a database server, an internal API, or a community-built MCP server becomes a tool your team can call by name in every conversation. This is the fastest path to extending an employee past the built-in tool set.
- Give Your Employee an External AI Agent: Point an employee at any external A2A (agent-to-agent) agent's URL and it becomes a tool the employee can call on its own. Sistava fetches the agent's public Agent Card, turns each of its skills into a usable tool automatically, and keeps them refreshed as the remote agent changes. No manual mapping of inputs or outputs required.
- Let Your Employee Trigger Webhooks: Point an employee at any outbound webhook, your own automation, a Zapier or Make scenario, an internal service, anything that accepts an HTTP call, and it becomes a tool the employee can trigger on its own during a task, not something you fire manually from a dashboard.
- Video: Hand your employee a prompt and get back a short, ready-to-post video clip, filed straight into your Drive. Built for social cuts, ad concepts, and quick product demos. Editing your own footage is coming next.
- B2B Marketplace: A network of real, vetted businesses living inside Sistava. Ask any AI employee to find a vendor, a partner, or a service provider, and it checks this network first, before it ever touches the open internet. Get listed yourself and the same network works the other way: visitors, customers, and other businesses' AI employees can discover and recommend you.
- Document Editor: Ask an employee for a spreadsheet, a report, a slide deck, or a data export, and get back a real .xlsx, .docx, .pptx, .csv, or .pdf file, not a wall of text pasted into chat. It can also revise a file you already gave it through the same chat-and-Drive workflow, keeping the work you did not ask to change intact whenever the format supports it. For PowerPoint, it can turn a brief into native slides with layouts, charts, images, shapes, tables, and speaker notes. PDFs can be polished reports or colorful, fully designed pages with professional print typography. Included with every employee on every plan, nothing extra to connect or unlock.
- Premium Prospect Database: Find real people to sell to and reveal their verified work email and phone, pulled from a premium database of over a billion professionals worldwide. Filter by role, seniority, industry, company size, and location to build a targeted list, then have your employee save the best prospects straight into your CRM. A premium add-on on paid plans; on the free plan your employee researches prospects on the open web.
- Presentation Builder: A dedicated tool for turning your content into a finished slide deck: give an employee a report, a set of notes, or a topic, and it plans the slide structure, writes the talking points, and lays out a real .pptx file you can open in PowerPoint or Google Slides.
- Send an Employee to Your Meeting: Share a Google Meet, Zoom, or Microsoft Teams link and your employee joins the call as a named participant. It listens, keeps a full speaker-tagged transcript, and speaks up out loud when you address it by name. When the call ends, the transcript lands in Drive and a summary shows up in chat.
- Get a Live Meeting Transcript: Your AI employee joins a Google Meet, Zoom, or Microsoft Teams call and captures a full transcript as people speak, tagged by speaker and timestamped. Ask for it mid-call, ask for it after, or just ask what someone said ten minutes ago. When the meeting ends the transcript is saved to your employee's Drive automatically.
- Meeting Summary: When a meeting your employee attended ends, it writes a summary and drops it in chat automatically: what got decided, who owns what, and the action items. No need to ask for a recap, it is already waiting when you check in.
- Employee Drive: Every document, generated image, video, screenshot, and daily work log an employee produces lands automatically in its Drive, no saving required. Browse it per employee, per team, or company-wide, as a searchable flat grid or as folders. Files preview inline, from PDFs and spreadsheets to code and video, so you rarely need to download something just to read it. Every update becomes a numbered version that you can preview or restore without losing the original file.
- Company Drive: Every employee keeps its own Drive, but you shouldn't have to open ten employees to find one file. Company Drive rolls every employee's Drive into one company-wide view: every document, transcript, and deliverable your whole workforce has produced, browsable and searchable from one tab.
- File Uploads to Chat: Attach a document, spreadsheet, PDF, or image straight into a chat message and your employee reads it as part of the conversation, no separate upload step and no waiting for processing. Images, PDFs, Office files (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and their legacy and OpenDocument equivalents), plain text, CSV, JSON, and XML are all accepted. Every attachment lands in that employee's Drive under Uploads so it is easy to find again later.
- Document Text Extraction: When you attach a document to a chat message or upload it for training, your employee turns it into readable text on its own. PDFs, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint files, OpenDocument files, RTF, and plain text or data files all come through automatically, tables included, with no conversion step for you to run first.
- Document Comments: Comment directly on any document, Drive file, or written asset your AI employee produces. The thread lives beside the file permanently, so questions, edits, and approvals stay attached to the exact work instead of scattering across chat.
- Skills Catalog: Give any AI employee a step-by-step playbook for a specific type of work: how you want blog posts researched, how outreach emails get structured, how a report should be formatted. The employee reads the full skill only when a task actually matches it, so you can attach as many as you want without slowing anything down.
- Duties Catalog: Give any employee a set of standing rules they follow on every single interaction, no exceptions: respond within the hour, always CC you on sales emails, never discuss pricing without approval. Pick from the built-in catalog or write your own in plain English, and the employee carries the full text of every active duty in mind on every turn.
- Train from File Uploads: Upload a PDF, Word doc, Excel sheet, PowerPoint deck, plain text, Markdown, CSV, JSON, or XML file straight into Training, and every employee on your team can search it within minutes. Up to 20 files per run, each up to 72 MB, feed the same shared knowledge base your employees check on every message. No connected app and no crawlable URL required.
- Monthly Credits: Every paid plan comes with a pool of credits that refills automatically at the start of each billing period. Credits are the single unit that pays for everything your AI employees do: thinking, tool calls, media generation, voice, and meetings. There is nothing to top up manually each month; your allowance is just there again when the new period starts.
- Lifetime Credits (Free): Pick the Free plan and your workspace gets 2,000 credits in one grant, no card required. Those credits never reset and never expire; you spend them at your own pace across chat, tools, and media generation until they run out. It is a one-time bucket, not a monthly allowance, so it is meant for trying the platform before you commit to a paid plan.
- Buy Credits: Add credits to your workspace balance any time, on any plan, without changing your subscription. Pick from three one-time packs, pay by card through Stripe, and the credits land in your balance as soon as the payment clears.
- Upgrade & Downgrade: Move to a bigger plan the moment you need more credits or a higher employee cap, and the change takes effect immediately. Move to a smaller plan when you need less, and it takes effect at the end of your current billing period so you keep what you already paid for. Both happen from Settings, Subscription, no support ticket required.
- Promo Codes: Redeem a promotional code for a one-time, lifetime grant of bonus credits on top of your plan's monthly allowance. Enter a code at signup or any time afterward from Settings, Subscription, Get Free Credits. Each grant shows up in your Credit Grants history with its source, date, and amount, and one code can be redeemed once per workspace.
- Referrals: Share your personal referral link or invite someone by email, and you both get 1,000 free credits the moment they sign up. Track every invite from a dedicated Earn Credits page, and keep earning until you hit the 10-referral cap.
- Activity Timeline: See every piece of work your AI employees do as it happens: chat replies, scheduled runs, tool calls, delegations, and finished deliverables, all logged as activities you can open and inspect. It runs automatically for every employee with no setup, and a live feed in the workspace sidebar shows actions as they occur so you never have to wonder what is happening right now.
- Action Inspector: Click into any single activity and see exactly what your AI employee did: the model call pipeline, every tool it used with inputs and outputs, cost broken down by category, a duration waterfall, and the plan it followed. Available from the Activity tab, from Inspect on any chat message, or from the sidebar timeline.
- See What Your Employee Is Told: Open any activity in the Activity Inspector and read the exact system prompt your AI employee received for that run: every instruction, every tool definition, and the manifest of which skills and duties were loaded and why. Nothing paraphrased, nothing summarized, the same text the model saw.
- Credit Usage History: See exactly where your monthly credits go: split spend from direct employee requests and automation or system work, then inspect every charged system operation, including AI work, tools, Officer checks, knowledge, voice, meetings, video, and email. A burn chart shows the trend over time, and a separate grants table lists every bonus credit you received from promos, referrals, or purchases, with source and date.
- Spending Limit: Set a ceiling on how many credits your workforce can spend per hour, day, week, or month, so a runaway task or a busy day never turns into a surprise bill.
- Team Dashboards: Every team gets its own dashboard the moment you open it: team health, the current sprint, work in flight, momentum, objectives, and KPI progress, all built from data the platform already has. On the Custom plan, connect data sources and the same dashboard adds Revenue & Pipeline, Demand & Conversion, and Reach & Engagement cards for that team.
- Data Export: Every workspace surface that shows your history, chat threads, the task board, activity logs, and Drive files, has its own download control that exports the current, filtered view as Markdown, CSV, or JSON. Use it to pull records for an audit, share a run outside the app, or keep an offline copy of what an employee produced.
- Data Retention: Sistava deletes operational data on a fixed schedule instead of keeping it forever by default. A cleanup job runs every day and removes rows past their retention window: short-lived debug data within a week or two, working memory after 30 days of inactivity, and usage and activity history after two years. Chat messages, documents your employees write, and persistent notes are kept indefinitely unless you delete them yourself. There is no setting to change these windows; they apply the same way to every workspace.
- Review the Quality of Every Deliverable: After an employee does real work, a quality reviewer scores each deliverable against a standard and shows the verdict in the activity inspector. Everyday chat is left alone, so you only grade real output.
- AI Guardrails & Policies: A Security Officer that checks every message going into and coming out of every AI employee you have. Five policies, each with its own switch: Input Safety stops prompt injection and jailbreak attempts, Output Safety keeps unfit replies from being sent, PII Protection replaces personal data with markers before the model reads it, Data Leakage Prevention keeps your setup and secrets in-house, and Topic Control holds employees to the subjects you choose. Turn on what you need from Settings, Technical, Security Officer and it covers every employee on the next message, including the ones you hire later. Checks run in parallel on a separate lightweight model, so protection costs a fraction of a message and your team never feels the wait. A running count of what has been caught, the busiest policy, and a live inspector showing every individual message are all on the same page.
- Protect Against Prompt Injection: Input Safety reads every incoming message before your employee does, and stops the ones trying to hijack it: instructions to ignore its rules, requests to print its own configuration, and role-play framed to talk it out of its guardrails. That matters most where the message did not come from you, so a payload buried in a forwarded email, a support ticket, or a shared thread cannot turn your employee against you. Pick Low, Medium, or High, and every level catches the textbook attacks: the level decides how much benefit of the doubt the genuinely ambiguous messages get. Medium is the default and suits most companies. Blocked messages get a short, human reply and the conversation carries on, with each one recorded so you can see what has been tried.
- Block Unsafe Employee Responses: Output Safety reads your employee's reply before anyone else does. Toxic, abusive, or otherwise unfit answers are held back rather than sent, which is what you want the moment employees write to customers, post to a channel, or answer a ticket without you watching. It checks the reply your employee actually wrote, so what you see caught is what would genuinely have gone out. Set it to Low, Medium, or High and review everything it held back in the live inspector. Blunt, direct, and critical business writing is left alone: the policy is looking for replies that would embarrass you, not ones that are simply frank.
- Protect Personal Data: PII Protection finds personal data in a message and replaces it with a marker before the model reads a single character of it. A pasted card number becomes [CREDIT_CARD], an email becomes [EMAIL_ADDRESS], and the same happens on the way out so nothing sensitive travels back into an email, a channel, or a ticket. You pick exactly what to protect from seven data types: email, phone, name, credit card, Social Security number, IP address, and address. The markers keep the sentence readable, so your employee understands the request perfectly and keeps working while the raw value stays out of the conversation. It runs on every message, in both directions, company-wide, from one switch.
- Control What Employees Discuss: Topic Control gives you two lists and you can use either or both. Blocked topics are off-limits no matter how a conversation gets there, which keeps employees out of politics, competitor comparisons, or medical and legal advice. Allowed topics set a remit instead: name the subjects an employee handles and anything unrelated is politely declined, which is how you keep a support employee on product help, billing, and refunds. Both lists match on meaning rather than exact words, so ruling out competitor pricing also covers how much cheaper are we than the other tools out there. Greetings and short replies always get through, so a scoped employee still feels natural to talk to.
- Keep Confidential Data In-House: Data Leakage Prevention guards both ends of the conversation. On the way in it recognises someone fishing for your employee's internals, whether they ask outright, dress it up as a game, or try the repeat everything above this line trick. On the way out it reads the reply itself and holds it back if it is about to hand over a system prompt, internal configuration, an access token, or a credential. Questions about your own business data are never affected, so an employee still answers freely about your customers, documents, and numbers. One switch, no configuration to maintain, and every attempt is logged so you can see who has been probing.
- Prevent Repeated and Runaway Actions: Sistava automatically caps how many emails, messages, and external writes (CRM records, calendar events, paid searches) an AI employee can send in a single conversation, hour, and day, and blocks an identical send to the same recipient from going out twice within 24 hours. These limits run in the background per employee with no setup required, so a stuck task or unexpected loop cannot spam a contact's inbox, pollute your CRM, or burn through paid API calls. When a limit is hit, the employee is told to slow down or hand the task to a human instead of retrying blindly.
- Approve Sensitive Actions: Let an AI employee pause and ask before it takes a sensitive action, like sending an email or spending on a paid tool, instead of guessing what you want. An inline card shows up right in the chat with Approve, Reject, or option buttons, and the employee resumes the instant you respond.
- Protect Organisation Information: Your AI employee treats what it learns in the workspace the way a careful coworker would: useful for doing the work, not free to repeat. It tells private, role-restricted, and confidential information apart from ordinary shared context, and it never volunteers the sensitive kind just because someone asked. When a teammate needs a restricted answer, the employee can request permission from the right person for that one specific answer instead of guessing or refusing outright.
- Protect Your Email Reputation: Every email your AI employees send, whether it is a notification, a mailbox reply, or an outbound message, passes through a pre-send check before it leaves. Sistava validates the address, checks it against a suppression list built from past bounces and complaints, and blocks anything that would hurt your sending reputation. You do not configure this: it runs silently on every send so your domain keeps a clean track record with inbox providers.
- Marketplace: The Marketplace is where you browse and hire AI employees: two personal assistants, a specialist for every department (Marketing, Sales, Support, HR, Operations), and a Custom AI Talent card if none of the pre-built roles fit. Click a card's photo to preview its skills, duties, tools, and persona before you commit, then click Hire to add it to your workforce and land straight in its chat. Hiring is free; you only spend credits when an employee does work.
- Org Chart: See your whole workforce as a live reporting tree: teams, team leaders, members, and any bench employees not yet assigned. Drag an employee card onto a different team to move them, right-click a card to promote a leader, suspend, or terminate, and open any person's profile straight from the chart.
- Company Profile: Company Profile is the shared record of who your business is: industry, product, target market, headquarters, preferred languages, and a default email signature. Set it once and every employee reads it before writing an email, drafting a proposal, or explaining what you do, so they describe your business the same way you would.
- Employee Dashboard: Every employee you hire opens into one dashboard with a tab for everything about them: Chat, Tasks, Drive, Inbox, Calendar, Tools, Skills, Playbooks, Duties, Routines, Activity, and Profile. The header carries their live status, a running count of active routines, and one dropdown to suspend, terminate, or re-hire them. It is the single screen you land on to check in on one employee, and everything you touch there stays scoped to that employee alone.
- Company Dashboard: One screen that shows your whole AI workforce: every conversation, every task, every file, and a CEO-style briefing on what shipped and what it cost. Click your organization name in the sidebar to open it, then switch between 17 tabs to zoom into any part of the business.
- Find Work From Anywhere: Find the workspace page, person, task, project, sprint, Drive file, or CRM contact you need without leaving the page where you are working.
- Your Employee Takes You There: Ask where something lives and your employee opens it, instead of describing which menu to click. A card under their reply counts down and takes you there.
- 3D Office View: A workforce of AI employees is easy to lose track of as a list of chat threads. The 3D Office View turns it into a place: every employee is a character at a desk, hot-desk, or the lounge, moving between them live as their status changes, so you can see your whole company working at a glance instead of clicking through tabs.
- Employee Avatar Upload: Upload a custom profile photo for any AI employee straight from their Profile tab, replacing the default generated avatar. The photo appears everywhere that employee shows up: chat, the org chart, the virtual office, notifications, and task cards.
- Calendar: The Company Calendar is your workforce's shared view of planned work. Every task with a due date, every routine's next run, and every meeting an employee is booked to attend show up on one company-wide calendar with day, week, and month views. Book a meeting straight from it, paste the call link, choose who attends, and the employee joins on its own at the start time.
- Projects: Projects group related tasks together so your board and Drive aren't one long undifferentiated list. Create a project, pin the ones you're actively running, archive the ones you're not, and filter the task board, Drive, and task assignment down to just that project's work.
- Daily Streaks: Your AI workforce is only as good as the boss managing it. Streaks track the weekdays you show up, review work, and steer your employees, and award a badge at each milestone along the way.
- Embedded Apps: Paste any website's link and it shows up as its own row in your workspace nav. Click it and the tool renders right there, inside the workspace, no new tab, no bouncing between browser windows to get your work done.
- Google Sign-In: Sign in to Sistava with your Google account instead of creating a separate password. Your Profile page shows a badge for the provider you signed up with, and your name and photo carry over automatically from Google.
- Microsoft Sign-In: Sign up or sign in with your Microsoft account instead of creating a password. Sistava reads your Microsoft account's name, email, and profile photo to set up your account, and your Profile page shows Microsoft as your connected sign-in method.
- Workspace Roles: Every workspace you create has an Owner, Admin, and Collaborator role, each with a fixed set of permissions over billing, the collaborator roster, and resource access. Owners can grant a non-owner collaborator extra access, or take some away, without changing their overall role. A Roles page shows your own effective access and the full permission matrix so nobody has to guess what they can do.
- Workspace Collaborators: Invite teammates into your workspace by email and assign them a role: Owner, Admin, or Collaborator. Each role controls what a person can see and change, from full billing and workspace control down to using shared resources only. Pending invites can be resent or cancelled, and how many collaborators you can invite depends on your plan's seat limit.
- Multiple Workspaces: Create additional workspaces under the same login, each with its own AI employees, conversations, training data, billing, and collaborators. Nothing crosses a workspace boundary by default, so a separate client, business, or department stays fully isolated. Your plan sets how many workspaces you can create, and you switch between them without signing out.
- User Profile Picture: Upload a photo for your account so your teammates and AI employees see a real picture of you instead of initials. It shows up in chat, comments, and the collaborator list across every workspace you belong to. If you signed up with Google or Microsoft, your picture is pulled in automatically the first time you sign in, and you can replace it any time.
- Two-Factor Authentication: Add a second sign-in step to your Sistava account using any TOTP authenticator app, like Google Authenticator or Authy. Once enabled, a code from your app is required in addition to your password, so a leaked or guessed password alone is not enough to get in. Turning it on immediately signs out every other active session, so a session created before you enabled it cannot be used to bypass it.
- In-App Notifications: See the moment an Employee finishes work, needs a decision from you, or your credit balance runs low, through a bell icon in your workspace that always fires. Reply straight from the notification drawer for Employee updates and comment threads, and control which events also reach your email through a short list of categories.
- Reply to Notifications: Reply straight from the notification drawer, whether it is an update from an Employee or a comment on your work, and your response goes back with the full context of what it is replying to. No need to open the chat or dig up the artifact first.
- Email Notifications: Sistava emails you when an employee finishes work, needs your approval, hits a blocker, or your credit balance runs low, so nothing important gets stuck waiting for you to open the app. You choose which categories of email you want; account security and billing mail stay on because they carry information you need regardless of your other preferences.
- Slack Notifications: Connect Slack and your platform notifications move there automatically: an Employee finishing work, reporting in, or waiting on your decision shows up as a Slack DM instead of email. Approval requests arrive as an interactive card with Approve and Reject buttons, so you can resolve them without leaving Slack.
- Feedback Board: Submit bug reports, feature requests, improvements, and questions from inside the app, then vote on what other users have asked for. Every item lands on one Community Board visible to the whole platform, sorted by vote count, so the most-wanted ideas surface for the team automatically.
- Community Access: Join the public Sistava Discord to talk with other users and the team in real time, in two channels: Technical Support for bugs and setup issues, and General Support for questions and how-tos. It is free and open on every plan, no separate sign-up beyond your Discord account.
- Priority Support: When you're on the Founder, Leader, or Custom plan, your support requests go to the front of the queue. Same email, same Contact page, same Discord: your message just gets picked up and answered before the general queue, so a broken workflow or a billing question does not sit behind everyone else's.
- Early Access: On the Agency plan and up, new features reach your account before they go out to everyone else. There is no separate waitlist or signup: it is tied to your plan, and Discord tells you what just landed.
- Academy Courses: Sistava Academy is a set of free, self-paced courses that teach you how to get real work out of an AI employee. Each course is a short series of written lessons you read in the browser, no video required, followed by a quiz. Pass the quiz and you get a certificate of completion with your name on it, ready to download as a PDF.
- Academy Live Sessions: Learn how to put an AI employee to work in a live session with an Applied AI Engineer, tailored to your business. Sessions run about an hour, one on one or in a small group, and walk through the same curriculum as the free Academy course. Free for founders, one hundred dollars per session otherwise.
- Affiliate Program: Promote Sistava to your audience and earn 30% recurring commission on everything a referred customer pays, for as long as they stay subscribed. Apply with your email and where you plan to promote, get reviewed, and once approved you receive a personal referral link and dashboard to track clicks, signups, and payouts. There is no cost to join and no cap on what you can earn.
- Ask About This: See a file or a task and want to ask about it right now? One button opens the employee's chat with that item already referenced, so you can just type your question instead of hunting for a link to paste. It works from the Drive file viewer and from any task card.
- Channel Enable/Disable Toggle: Not every employer wants every channel open. Turn Slack, WhatsApp, SMS, or any other non-core channel on or off for your workspace, either in the settings screen or by simply telling your employee to switch it. Core channels like chat stay on because every employer needs them; everything else is yours to control.
- Channel Usage Analytics: Every channel tile on your Communications page shows exactly how much it is being used: requests in the last 30 days, the all-time total, when it was last active, and a daily sparkline so you can see the pattern at a glance. - Comments: Comment directly on the thing you are talking about instead of starting a separate chat thread. Every task, drive asset, generated document, notification, email, sprint, and CRM contact carries its own comment thread, so questions and context stay attached to the work they are about and any thread can be marked resolved once it is settled.
- Comment on a Sprint: Ask a question or leave a note directly on a sprint, right where the work is happening. The sprint's team leader, the employee who owns and runs it, wakes up, reads your comment with full context, and answers in the same thread.
- Comment on a CRM Contact: Every contact in your CRM has its own comment thread. Leave a note on a contact and it stays with that person forever, visible to you and to your AI Team lead, so context about a relationship never gets lost in a chat log or a task that closes and disappears.

Set how many teammates a leader can delegate to at once, how far a delegation chain can reach, how long a delegated teammate can work before timing out, and how tolerant employees are of repeating themselves before loop protection stops them.

Browse profiles, see each expert's region and budget range, and contact them directly. There is no commission taken on either side; you agree the scope and price with the expert yourself.
- Personal Preferences Memory: Tell your team leader once how you want to be addressed, when you're working, and how you like answers written, and every employee on your team picks it up automatically. No settings form to fill out: just say it in chat and it sticks.
- Free AI Tools: Try a real AI employee before you hire one. Sistava's free tools let anyone chat, with no signup and no card, with a named persona built for one job: writing ad copy, drafting an NDA, naming a business, building a pricing strategy, and 50+ more. Each tool runs up to a monthly message cap, then offers to continue the same conversation inside a full account.
- Free App Page Read: Paste a link into any free chat tool on the site and the persona actually reads that page before replying. It pulls the clean text from the page and uses it to answer, so you do not have to copy and paste the content yourself. Each anonymous session gets a handful of free reads before it asks you to sign up for more.
- Payment Methods: Add a credit card, mark one as your default, or remove a card you no longer use, all from your billing settings. Cards are added through Stripe, so your card number never touches Sistava's servers.
- Proactive Employer Messaging: Your AI employee does not wait for you to check in. When it finishes a task, hits a blocker, or needs a decision from you, it sends the update itself, straight into the same chat thread you already use with that employee. No separate inbox, no polling a dashboard to see if something happened.
- Request Organisation Access Review: Not sure your access level in an organisation still matches your role? Any non-Owner member can send a review request to every Owner in one action, prompting them to check and confirm what that member can currently do.

- Communicate Over Every Channel: Talk to your AI employees wherever you already work: the web app, Slack, or email, with more channels rolling out. Every channel routes into the same conversation history, so an employee never loses context switching between them. Turn a channel on or off from Settings, and a plan-gated channel unlocks the moment you're on the right plan.
- The Weekly Sprint Check-In: Once a week your team lead looks at the state of the work and raises the sprint question with you directly: is there a stretch of work worth naming and turning into a sprint, or has the open sprint run past its date and earned a close? You answer in a sentence and the team acts on it. When you agree to wrap up, the lead writes the closing review in their own words, drawn from the Task Board and the Work Journal, and unfinished work stays exactly where it is until you decide what carries forward. Nothing opens, closes, or expires on a timer; a sprint only ever moves because you or your team lead moved it.
- Work Toward Your OKRs: Give your AI team objectives and key results in plain language, the same way you'd brief a human manager, and the team leader plans every sprint against them. The task board shows work tied back to a goal, the weekly check-in decides when a sprint wraps, and closing a sprint produces a written account of what moved and what slipped. Ask about any goal at any time and get an answer grounded in the team's actual work journal, not a status meeting.

- Company-Wide Policies: Company Policies let you set organization-wide safety rules that apply to every AI employee at once: block prompt injection attempts, filter harmful output, redact personal information, stop internal details from leaking, and restrict which topics employees can discuss. Turn each policy on with one toggle from your company dashboard, and it takes effect immediately across your whole team.
- Outbound Webhooks: Connect a webhook URL, your own backend, a Zapier or Make scenario, a Slack incoming webhook, anything that accepts an HTTP POST, and your employee gets a tool it can call on its own during a task. It sends a JSON payload to that URL, so the rest of your stack finds out the moment the work is done instead of you checking manually. Because the call sends data outside Sistava, each send waits for your approval by default, the same as an outbound email.
- Sistava Mentor: Every employee you hire on Sistava works alongside Steve, the Sistava Mentor: a named, Sista-side coach who checks in on their work and posts straight into the same chat thread you already read. When a hire drifts from the brief, misses a step, or gets stuck, Steve sends a message under his own name and avatar coaching them on craft, never on priorities. You always see it happen: the message sits in your chat history like any other turn, so nothing about the correction is hidden from you.
- Private Resource Sharing: Share a single Drive file, Drive document, or CRM contact without opening your whole workspace. Choose who can view, comment, or edit it, including a named person in a completely different Sistava workspace, and revoke that access at any time.

- E-commerce Management: Manage a Shopify store with an AI employee that reviews catalog, inventory, orders, and market evidence, then asks you before every live store change. Other e-commerce connections are catalog-listed and stay review-first while their provider actions are verified.
- Content: Create and review company content in one place. Social drafts are ready first, with LinkedIn and X previews, while articles, books, presentations, and flyers stay visible as they arrive.
Coming soon
- Voice Calls: Voice Calls is a planned channel for speaking to an AI employee out loud and hearing it reply in real time, instead of typing. It is not available yet: there is no voice button in the workspace today, and the feature is paused while the underlying voice flow is redesigned. When it ships, a voice call will run through the same skills, tools, and memory as a typed conversation.
- Talk to Your Employee on Video: In-App Video is a planned channel for live, face to face video calls with an AI employee, camera and microphone, directly inside the workspace. It has no working implementation today: it appears in Settings > Technical > Channels as a Coming soon placeholder only. Once it ships, it is meant to run on the same execution pipeline as every other channel, so the employee keeps its skills, tools, training, and conversation memory on a video call.
- Chat Widget: The Chat Widget will let you embed an AI employee directly on your public website so visitors can ask questions and get answers without leaving the page. It is on the roadmap and is not available to configure yet: today it appears in Settings > Technical > Channels as a Coming soon placeholder with no setup, embed snippet, or Manage action.
- Build with the Sistava SDK: A planned client library for JavaScript, Python, and other runtimes that wraps the existing employee REST API. It is on the roadmap, not published: today you call employees from code through the REST API guide directly, and the SDK would only make that same integration point faster to reach.
- SMS: SMS is a planned channel for reaching an AI employee by ordinary text message, with no app to install. It is on the roadmap and not available today: there is no SMS number, no inbound texting, and no way to turn it on yet. Until it ships, use web chat or Telegram for mobile access from any phone.
- WhatsApp: WhatsApp is a planned messaging channel for talking with an AI employee from your phone. It is not connected yet: the card shows as coming soon and cannot be set up today. When it ships, it will carry the same employee memory, skills, and guardrails as web chat, Telegram, Slack, and the mailbox.
- Discord: Discord is a planned channel for bringing an AI employee into the servers and direct messages your community already uses. It will connect the same way Slack does today: authorize a bot through OAuth, then map it to one employee. It is not available to connect yet, so no Discord traffic reaches an employee until it ships.
- Microsoft Teams Channel: Bring an AI employee into Microsoft Teams so it can answer direct messages and reply when mentioned in a channel, the same way it already works in Slack. This channel is planned and not available yet; today you can reach your employees through the web app, Slack, Telegram, or their personal mailbox.
- Phone Call Channel: Call a real phone number and talk to your AI employee out loud, the way you would call a colleague. It is planned as a full telephony channel: your employee answers inbound calls, can place outbound calls, and carries the same memory, tools, and approval controls it uses everywhere else. This channel is not available yet; it shows as coming soon in Settings.
- Form Channel: Embed a form on your website and route every submission straight to an AI employee, no inbox in between. The employee reads the fields, replies, files a lead, or kicks off a task the moment someone hits submit. This channel is on the roadmap and is not available yet.
- RSS Feed Channel: The RSS Feed Channel is on our roadmap. Once it ships, you will point an AI employee at any RSS or Atom feed, blog, changelog, or news source, and it will wake the moment a new item is published. No polling by hand, no inbox full of alerts you have to triage yourself.
- Spreadsheet Channel: Connect a Google Sheet or Airtable base as a trigger for an AI employee. When a row is added or updated, your employee picks up the change and acts on it, no separate automation tool required. This channel is on the roadmap and not available to hire against yet.
- Let Your Employee Call Any API: Give an employee a config for any REST or GraphQL endpoint, the method, headers, auth, and the shape of the request and response, and it will become a tool the employee can call during a task. Unlike a one-way webhook trigger, this reads data back: the employee gets a structured response it can reason about and act on, not just a fired event. No code required on your side. This is on the roadmap and is not available yet.
- Custom Database Tool: The Custom Database Tool is on our roadmap. It will let your AI employees connect directly to your own database and answer questions or pull reports from your real data, without you exporting a spreadsheet or writing a query yourself. It is not available yet: the toggle exists in the Tools tab so you can see it coming, but no employee can query a database through it today.
- Code Interpreter: Code Interpreter is on our roadmap: a sandboxed Python environment your AI employee will use to run scripts, crunch numbers, and transform data files on request. Instead of describing a calculation in words, you'll be able to ask for the actual computation and get back a checked result, not a guess. It is not available yet.
- Audio Transcriber: Audio Transcriber is a planned tool that will let your AI employee turn an audio or video recording into a searchable text transcript. You will be able to hand it a recording from a call, a voice memo, or a saved video file and get clean, readable text back inside the same conversation. It is on the roadmap and does not run in the product yet.
- Diagram Builder: A tool an employee will be able to reach for when a description is clearer as a picture: a flowchart of a process, an org chart, a system diagram. You describe the structure in plain language and the employee turns it into a diagram, right inside the task where you needed it.
- Phone Call Tool: The Phone Call Tool is on our roadmap: it will let an AI employee place and answer real phone calls as a step inside its own task, over a Twilio line, without you picking up the phone yourself. It is not available yet. When it ships, an employee will be able to dial a number, hold a spoken conversation, and bring the outcome back into your workspace as a normal task result.
- Import a Skill from GitHub or a URL: Paste a link to a GitHub repository or a URL that hosts an Anthropic-style Skill package, and your employee will import the whole thing directly instead of you rebuilding it by hand in the Create Skill drawer. This is on our roadmap and is not active yet: the option appears in the Skills toolbar and in the Create Skill drawer today, but importing does not run until we ship it.
- Mobile Workspace: A native iOS and Android app for running your AI workforce from your phone: chat with any employee, check tasks, review activity, and open Drive files without opening a laptop. It is in development and not available to install yet.
- Desktop Notifications: Desktop Notifications will push a native alert to your computer or browser the moment an Employee finishes work, needs a decision from you, or your credits run low, without you having to keep the workspace open in a tab. It is on our roadmap and not available yet: today, updates land in the in-app bell and, for select events, email.
- Mobile Notifications: Mobile Notifications will bring the same alerts you already get in-app and by email, Employee updates, task completions, mentions, approvals, and credit alerts, to a native push notification on iOS and Android. It is planned, not available yet: today notifications reach you through the bell and email only.
- Webhook Notifications: Send your platform notifications, such as credit alerts, task completions, and Employee updates, to an external webhook URL so they land in Slack, a monitoring channel, or your own systems instead of only the in-app bell and email. This is planned and not available yet: today notifications go out through the bell and email categories only.
- Email Digest Notifications: A rolled-up email that summarizes what your AI employees did over a set period, instead of a separate message for every event. Today, notification email in Sistava sends per event and per category (employee updates, task completion, credit alerts, and so on); a digest option that batches those into one scheduled email is planned but not built yet.
- Notification Quiet Hours: Quiet Hours will let you set a window, like 10pm to 7am, where non-urgent notifications wait until morning instead of landing in your inbox overnight. Critical alerts, like a credit balance hitting zero or a payment failing, will always break through regardless of the window. This feature is on our roadmap and is not available today.
- Custom Credit Alert Thresholds: Set your own percentages for the Credits Low, Critical, and Exhausted alerts instead of relying on the fixed 25%, 15%, and 0% ladder every workspace uses today. This is planned and not available yet; the Alerts settings page currently shows the ladder as read-only.
- Dedicated Support: A support engineer assigned directly to your account instead of a shared queue, for teams that need someone who already knows their setup. This is on our roadmap and not available yet; today, Founder-plan customers and up get priority handling in the shared queue, and every plan has the in-app Feedback panel and Discord.
- Secure Your Workforce with SSO and Roles: The enterprise security package we are building for teams that need company-wide login control and a documented compliance posture: single sign-on through your identity provider, a SOC 2-aligned audit trail, and role controls that go beyond the current Owner, Administrator, and Member setup. It ships as part of the Enterprise plan, not as a self-serve toggle.
- Uptime SLA: A contractual uptime guarantee for Enterprise customers, backed by a service level agreement instead of a best-effort promise. Enterprise accounts are targeted at 99.9% platform availability, with the terms and any service credits spelled out in the contract rather than left informal. This sits alongside the public status page, which already reports live uptime for everyone today.
- Skill Approval Mode: Sistava is building per-skill approval control: choosing whether a given skill an employee holds runs on its own or waits for your sign-off first. The underlying mutation and data field exist today; the workspace controls to set it are not live yet.
- Video Call (Zoom/Meet Direct): Direct Zoom and Google Meet call channel is not available yet; the delivery adapter is a stub with no reachable path.
