How does it learn my voice?
Your Employee reads your past sent messages on hire, picks up your tone, sign-off style, and common phrasings, then improves as you edit drafts so the next reply sounds even more like you.
Will it send mail without my approval?
No. By default every reply is saved as a draft and waits for your one-click send. You can grant auto-send for specific low-stakes categories like meeting confirmations if you want.
What about confidential email?
You mark sensitive senders or labels as do-not-touch and your Employee skips them entirely. All mail stays in your inbox, your Employee never forwards or stores message content outside your account.
Can it handle multiple inboxes?
Yes. Your Employee can triage a personal Gmail and a Google Workspace executive inbox in parallel, and route each one with its own Duty, voice profile, and VIP list.
How does it know what is urgent?
Your Employee combines your VIP list, sender history, subject keywords, and message tone to score urgency. Items from board members or active deals jump the queue, newsletters and CCs go to a digest.
