Enquiry Response and Qualification
AI for Home Services and Trades
The first to reply usually gets the job
Trades lose work to being on a roof. An enquiry arrives at eleven, nobody can answer, and by the time you call back that evening the customer has booked someone who picked up.,Your assistant responds immediately, gathers what the job actually involves, and puts a qualified enquiry in front of you rather than a missed call.,It is the single largest source of lost revenue in most trade businesses, and it is entirely a timing problem.

Response Time Decides More Jobs Than Price
A customer with a leak calls three numbers. The one who answers or replies first is very often the one who gets the work, and price barely enters it at that stage. Trades lose an enormous amount of revenue to being physically unable to answer, which is not a fixable problem while you are on a roof or under a sink. Something that responds within minutes and holds the customer attention until you can call properly converts a category of enquiry that currently just goes elsewhere.
The Wasted Site Visit
Driving forty minutes to quote a job that turns out to be outside your area, outside what you do, or a customer wanting a price on something you already know you would not take, is a lost half day and it happens regularly. The information needed to avoid it is basic and is usually not gathered because the enquiry came as a voicemail with a name and a number. Asking a handful of qualifying questions at first contact costs the customer nothing and saves the visits that were never going to convert.
FAQ
Can it answer the phone?
Voice is marked coming soon in our catalog. Today it covers the written channels, which for most trades now carries a large share of enquiries between web forms, messaging, and email.
Will customers mind not speaking to a person?
Most prefer a fast written answer to a voicemail that gets returned in the evening. The value here is the immediate acknowledgement and the details gathered; the actual job conversation still happens with you.
Can it quote?
It gathers what a quote needs and can produce a rough range where you have defined one for standard work. Pricing an actual job depends on what you see when you get there, and it will not commit you to a number.
What about emergency call-outs?
Urgency is one of the first things established, and genuine emergencies are escalated to you immediately rather than sitting in a qualified list. You set what counts as urgent.
