Outbound Calling

AI Sales Team

Reach the prospects who never reply to email

Some buyers do not answer email and never will. In plenty of industries the phone is still where deals actually start, and an outbound motion without it is working half the channel.,Your rep will place the calls: working a target list, opening the conversation, qualifying, and booking the meeting for a human to run.,This depends on our phone channel, which is not live yet. The page is here because it is on the roadmap, and it carries the badge so nobody buys expecting it today.

Why This Page Exists Before the Feature Does

We publish pages for capability that is on the roadmap and label it clearly rather than staying silent until launch. The reason is practical: buyers evaluating a platform are deciding what it will do over the next year, not only what it does this week, and hiding the roadmap makes that assessment harder. The badge is the honest part. What we will not do is describe something as available when it is not, which is why this item is marked and the rest of the sales use cases are not.

The Phone Is Still Where Some Markets Buy

Email-first outbound works well in software and poorly in a lot of other places. Construction, manufacturing, professional services, and much of local business still run on the phone, and a prospect there may never open a cold email at all. An outbound function without a phone motion is not covering those markets, which is a real limitation rather than a stylistic preference, and it is why telephony sits on the roadmap rather than being dismissed.

FAQ

Is this available now?

No. The phone channel is marked coming soon in our catalog and there is no telephony today. This page describes what is planned rather than what ships, which is why it carries the badge. Everything else in the sales use cases works today.

Will it pretend to be a person?

No. Our position is that a call says what it is early. Beyond being the right thing to do, several jurisdictions now require disclosure for automated calls, and a prospect who works it out later is lost permanently.

What about calling regulations?

Outbound calling is regulated: do-not-call registers, consent requirements, and permitted hours vary by country and are your responsibility to comply with. Any launch needs those controls, which is part of why it is not shipped yet.

Does it close deals?

No. It opens, qualifies, and books. Closing is a human job and we are not planning to change that.
