Enterprise AI agents deployed and operated by an accountable vendor team

About Cyndra

Cyndra positions as Enterprise AI Agents, Deployed and Operated. It pairs an agent platform with a dedicated team that handles discovery, integration, deployment and ongoing operations, aimed at professional services, financial services, private equity and real estate. Its self-serve offering is branded an AI workforce platform and its navigation references AI employees, so it competes on our keywords while selling a very different engagement. Sistava is the self-serve, founder-priced version of that promise.

What is Cyndra?

Cyndra is an enterprise AI agent platform sold together with the people who deploy it. The tagline is Enterprise AI Agents, Deployed and Operated, and the differentiator it leads with is one accountable team, every step of the way, covering discovery, integration, deployment and ongoing operations. The target work is cross-functional: workflows that span multiple systems, several teams and real approval chains. It names professional services, financial services, private equity and real estate as its industries. Interestingly, the branding hedges. The primary positioning avoids anthropomorphising and talks about agents that connect to your systems and keep running, but the self-serve offering is called an AI workforce platform and the navigation carries AI employees. That is a company covering both sides of the vocabulary.

Delivered versus self-serve

Buying Cyndra is closer to buying a systems integrator with software attached than buying software. For an enterprise with a genuinely gnarly workflow crossing six systems and three approval steps, that is often exactly right, and it is the reason this model keeps winning enterprise deals. It is the wrong shape for a founder. There is no way to try it this afternoon, no published price to model against, and no path where you configure an employee yourself and change your mind on Thursday. Sistava is deliberately the opposite: hire from a marketplace, watch it work, adjust it yourself, on plans you can read on the pricing page before talking to anyone.

Which one fits your company?

If you have a procurement process, a security review and a workflow nobody can fully describe in one meeting, a deployed-and-operated vendor removes real risk. Cyndra is built for that and should be on your list. If you are one to twenty people and the thing you need is outreach going out, content shipping, customers answered and books kept straight, an enterprise deployment engagement is overhead you cannot justify. The honest split: Cyndra for the enterprise workflow project, Sistava for the founder who wants a workforce running by tonight.
