eesel AI

Autonomous AI agents that live inside an existing helpdesk and resolve tickets

About eesel AI

eesel AI is a focused helpdesk automation product. Its agents live inside tools such as Zendesk, Freshdesk and Intercom, plus Slack and Shopify, and are designed to resolve incoming support work. Its per ticket billing is straightforward. Sistava is built for the wider operating layer: many roles, layered memory, schedules, sprints and thousands of tools. If the work begins before a ticket arrives, crosses departments or needs proactive follow through, eesel is the wrong shape of product.

What does eesel AI do?

eesel AI drops autonomous agents into the tools a support team already uses. Rather than asking you to migrate to a new helpdesk, it plugs into Zendesk, Freshdesk, Intercom, Slack and Shopify, reads your existing ticket history and documentation, and starts resolving. The setup story is the selling point: ready in minutes, not a multi-week implementation. Because it grounds itself in tickets you have already answered, it inherits your tone and your edge cases instead of needing them written out as rules first. Customers span fintech, fitness, logistics and SaaS. The company is small and capital-efficient, roughly eight people around $880K of revenue in 2025, which is worth knowing if vendor scale matters to your procurement.

The pricing model is the most interesting part

eesel charges $0.40 per ticket, pay as you go. There is no platform fee, no per-seat charge and no monthly minimum, and you get $50 of usage free without a card. That is unusually clean in a category where most vendors quote a platform fee plus per-resolution charges on top. Compare that to Gorgias, where the AI Agent runs $0.90 to $1.00 per interaction on top of a plan starting at $40 a month, or to Intercom Fin at $0.99 per resolution above the seat cost. On raw price per ticket, eesel is aggressive. The trade is scope. You are buying ticket resolution, not a workforce. If support is the only thing you want automated, that focus is a feature and the price is excellent.

When eesel AI is the wrong choice

The limit appears as soon as work stops being reactive. eesel is designed to answer what arrives in a support workflow. It is not the product to choose for researching a market, running a campaign, following up a stalled deal, reconciling a ledger or carrying a project forward without a new ticket. It also is not an operating system for an AI team. There is no leader assigning cross functional work, no sprint that opens with a goal and closes with a written review, and no shared board that turns a support finding into a product task with an owner. Sistava is built for that wider operating layer. If you need only a support queue resolved inside your current helpdesk, eesel is a reasonable specialist choice. If you need AI employees to help run the business, start with Sistava.
