YouTuber reviewing AI tools
A creator records a walkthrough of hiring and running an AI employee, links their affiliate URL in the description, and earns 30% recurring commission on every viewer who signs up and subscribes through that link.
Promote Sistava to your audience and earn 30% recurring commission on everything a referred customer pays, for as long as they stay subscribed. Apply with your email and where you plan to promote, get reviewed, and once approved you receive a personal referral link and dashboard to track clicks, signups, and payouts. There is no cost to join and no cap on what you can earn.
The Affiliate Program lets creators, educators, agency owners, and community builders earn money by recommending Sistava to their audience. Anyone with a channel, newsletter, client base, or community can apply for free, and every application is reviewed individually before approval.
The commission is 30% of the net revenue a referred customer pays, for as long as they keep paying. That covers plan payments and paid credit top-ups; free, promo, and bonus credits do not count because they generate no revenue to share. Attribution runs through a unique referral link locked in at signup, so there is no retroactive claiming after the fact.
That 30% is calculated on margin, not on the sticker price of the plan. Sistava's revenue is mostly usage credits with a real, variable AI cost behind them, so a commission on raw revenue could go underwater on a heavy user; a commission on margin cannot. It also sits a step below the reseller tier, which pays 40% tapering to a 30% floor: the reseller funds ads, manages client accounts, and gets a dashboard and priority support, while the affiliate does one thing, share a link, and gets a lighter surface in return.
Applying today puts an applicant on the affiliate waitlist rather than into a live self-serve dashboard: the referral-link and promo-code attribution already runs (it is the same engine that tracks the reseller program), but the tracking and payout view an affiliate would log into is still being built. Approved applicants are contacted individually as that surface goes live, which is also why payouts are described as monthly via PayPal, Wise, or bank transfer rather than shown running today.
The program is built for anyone who reaches a business audience: YouTubers and video creators making reviews and demos, bloggers and newsletter writers covering AI and productivity, agency owners recommending tools to clients, educators and course creators teaching automation, community builders running a Discord or Slack group, and social media influencers posting about AI tools.
It does not require a minimum audience size. The application is reviewed on fit, not follower count, so a small newsletter with an engaged, relevant readership can be approved alongside a larger channel.
Commission applies to plan subscription payments and paid credit top-ups made by a referred customer. It does not apply to free credits, promotional credits, or bonus credits, since those generate no revenue for Sistava to share in the first place.
Because the rate is calculated on net revenue after direct costs, the number an affiliate sees reflects real, sustainable margin rather than a headline percentage of list price that would not hold up over time.
Affiliate and Partner run on the same underlying engine, one flag on the same record marks which tier a referrer sits in, but the two are built for different people. Affiliate is the link-only tier: apply, get a referral link, share it, get paid. There is no client dashboard, no account management access, and no priority support line, because there is no implementation work behind the referral.
The Partner (reseller) tier is for agencies that go further: they set up and manage the AI employees on the client's behalf, get a co-branded page, a management dashboard, and priority support, and negotiate a rate individually rather than at the flat affiliate 30%. A creator who only wants to point an audience at Sistava belongs on Affiliate; an agency that wants to run the account for a client belongs on Partner.
Apply, get a link, promote, get paid
An applicant fills out the affiliate application with their name, the site or channel they will promote from, and any context on their audience. The Sistava team reviews every application individually rather than auto-approving, checking that the applicant's audience or content strategy fits the product.
Once approved, the affiliate receives a unique referral link plus access to a dashboard for tracking clicks, signups, conversions, and payouts. Every signup that comes through the link is attributed to that affiliate and starts accruing commission on that customer's payments from day one.
Commission is calculated on net revenue after direct costs are removed, which is why the rate is a flat 30% rather than a percentage of list price. There is no cap on total earnings and no limit on how many customers one affiliate can refer.

An agency that already advises clients on tooling adds Sistava to its recommendations, earning ongoing commission on every client that adopts it while continuing to bill for its own implementation work separately.
A newsletter writer includes their affiliate link in a piece about automating solo-founder workflows, then tracks clicks and conversions from that specific issue in their affiliate dashboard to see which content actually converts.
A solo consultant who wants to recommend Sistava to their audience but has no interest in managing client accounts applies for Affiliate instead of Partner, keeping the relationship to a single link and a monthly payout rather than ongoing account work.
Nothing. There is no setup fee, no monthly fee, and no minimum referral volume required to stay in the program.
For as long as the customer you referred keeps paying, with no cap and no expiry. It is not a one-time bounty. If they stay subscribed for years, the commission keeps paying out every month for years.
Payouts run monthly, and you choose how you want to receive them: PayPal, Wise, or a direct bank transfer.
No. Every application is reviewed individually to check that the applicant's audience or content strategy is a reasonable fit for Sistava before approval. There is no fixed audience-size minimum.
Attribution is based on your unique referral link locked in at signup. Sistava does not honor retroactive claims for signups that did not come through your tracked link.
Not yet. Applying places you on the affiliate waitlist; the referral-link tracking already runs behind the scenes, but the self-serve dashboard for watching clicks and payouts is still being built. Approved affiliates are contacted individually as that goes live.
Affiliate is for sharing a link: no client work, no account access, a flat 30% recurring rate. Partner (reseller) is for agencies that set up and manage the AI employees for their own clients, and get a dashboard, a co-branded page, and priority support in exchange for a rate negotiated per deal.
