Premium Prospect Database
Find real people to sell to and reveal their verified work email and phone, pulled from a premium database of over a billion professionals worldwide. Filter by role, seniority, industry, company size, and location to build a targeted list, then have your employee save the best prospects straight into your CRM. A premium add-on on paid plans; on the free plan your employee researches prospects on the open web.
Tell your employee who you're looking for, "VP of Marketing at Series B SaaS companies in the US", and it searches a database of over a billion professionals to build a targeted list, then reveals verified work email and phone for the people worth reaching out to. No manual searching across five different tools to piece a lead together.
Filter by role, seniority, industry, company size, and location, the same criteria a human SDR would use to qualify a list before ever writing an outreach email. Your employee applies those filters, pulls up to ten complete records in a single search, and saves the ones worth pursuing straight into the built-in CRM.
Every unlocked contact is a real reveal, priced at 280 credits per record, and counted against a monthly cap sized to your plan: 25 records on Starter, 75 on Builder, 200 on Founder, 500 on Leader, 2,000 on Custom. A daily burst limit of 25 records applies on top of that, so one long conversation can't burn through a month's cap in an afternoon. On the Free plan there's no premium database access, but the employee still researches prospects on the open web, just without verified contact reveal.
Because every call spends real money against a paid third-party database, your employee asks for a go-ahead before running either a search or an enrich lookup, the same as any other paid action it takes on your behalf. A search that comes back empty, or an enrich that can't confidently identify the person, charges nothing: only records the database actually returns get billed against your credits and your monthly cap.
This is what turns an AI sales assistant from a research tool into an actual outbound engine: instead of guessing at emails or settling for a name with no way to reach them, your employee builds a list with real, verified contact details it can act on the same day.
Built for Qualified Lists, Not Cold Scraping
The database is filtered the way outbound actually works: role and seniority first, then industry, company size, and location narrow it down. The result is a list of people who plausibly fit the buyer profile, not a raw scrape of names.
Once a prospect is worth pursuing, the employee saves it straight into the CRM as a contact, no export-then-import step. The list you build here is the same list your employee works from for outreach.
Two Ways In: A Broad Search or One Exact Enrich
Search takes your filters, role, seniority, industry, company name or size, location, a named skill, builds a query, and returns up to ten complete records in a single pass. Enrich works differently: give it one identifier you already have, a LinkedIn URL, a PDL ID, or a name paired with a company, and it asks the database to fill in current, verified details for that exact person instead of running a fresh search.
Every result carries everything the database supplied for that person, title, company, industry, company size, country, LinkedIn, verified work and personal email, phone numbers where available, and when the record was last verified. Nothing is withheld behind a separate reveal step; what comes back is what you get.
From List to Outreach, One Employee, No Handoff
Because prospect search and the CRM live on the same platform, there's no export to a spreadsheet and reimport into a different sales tool. The same AI employee that builds the list is the one that reaches out, so nothing gets lost in a handoff between tools or people.
Every saved prospect lands in the CRM as an unreviewed contact carrying the full record the database returned, matched against your existing contacts by LinkedIn URL so a repeat lookup updates the same person instead of creating a duplicate. If the CRM write fails for any reason, the result still comes back to you in the conversation so a temporary CRM issue never costs you a paid reveal.
How It Works
A filtered search against a billion-person database, then a verified reveal
Your employee turns your ask into structured filters (job title, seniority, industry, company name or size, location, a named skill) rather than free-text search, so the match quality depends on the criteria you give it, not on guessing keywords. Each search returns up to ten complete records in one pass.
Every call is a real, metered request against a paid third-party database (People Data Labs), so your employee asks for your go-ahead before running it, the same as any other paid action. If the exact person is already known, for instance a LinkedIn URL or an existing partial record, the employee can run a separate enrich lookup to fill in the missing verified details for that one person instead of a fresh search.
Every contact your plan lets you unlock counts against a monthly cap sized to your plan (and a smaller daily limit under that), so a single busy conversation can't run away with your balance. A field the database already handed back for a prior match is never re-charged.
Use Cases
Build a targeted outbound list
Describe your ideal buyer, "Heads of Sales at 50-200 person B2B SaaS companies in the UK", and have your employee pull matching contacts with verified emails, ready to load into an outreach sequence instead of a list of names you'd still have to chase down manually.
Fill in a partial lead
You've got a name and a LinkedIn profile from a conference or a warm intro but no way to reach them. Your employee runs an enrich lookup on that one person to surface a current, verified work email and phone before you follow up.
Qualify a list before you write outreach
Instead of hand-checking seniority and company size across dozens of profiles, your employee applies those filters up front, so the list it hands you is already narrowed to people who actually match your ideal customer profile.
Feed prospects straight into your CRM
Once your employee has a verified match worth pursuing, it saves the contact into the built-in CRM directly, so the search and the record-keeping happen in the same conversation instead of a separate export-and-import step.
FAQ
What happens on the Free plan?
No access to the premium database. Your employee still researches prospects, but from the open web, without verified email or phone reveal.
Is there a limit on how many contacts I can reveal?
Yes. A monthly cap that scales with your plan (25 on Starter up to 2,000 on Custom), plus a 25-record daily burst limit on every paid plan so one long session can't use up a whole month at once.
Where do the prospects end up?
Saved directly as unreviewed contacts in the built-in CRM, matched against existing contacts by LinkedIn URL, ready for your employee to work from for outreach.
How large is the database?
Over a billion professionals worldwide, filterable by role, seniority, industry, company size, and location.
How much does revealing a contact cost?
280 credits per record revealed, whether it comes from a search result or an enrich lookup. An empty search or an enrich that can't confidently match the person costs nothing.
Does the employee ask before spending on a search?
Yes. Every call, search or enrich, is a paid request against a third-party database, so your employee asks for your go-ahead first, the same as any other paid action.
What's the difference between search and enrich?
Search takes filters, role, seniority, industry, company, location, and returns up to ten matching people. Enrich takes one identifier you already have, a LinkedIn URL, a PDL ID, or a name plus company, and fills in verified details for that exact person.

More in Capabilities
- Web Search: Every AI employee can search the live internet for current information and answer with sources, no setup required. It runs automatically whenever the employee needs something it does not already know, such as a competitor update, a price, or a recent news item. Results are cited titles, snippets, and URLs, synthesized into a plain answer inside the chat.
- Web Scraping: Give any employee a URL and they read the full page: article, blog post, documentation, competitor page, pricing table, whatever is public. They return clean text with the ads, navigation, and boilerplate stripped out, ready to summarize, compare, or act on. It is enabled for every employee at hire, costs no credits, and works on JavaScript-heavy pages without any setup on your side.
- Image Generation: Ask any employee to create an image and it builds a detailed prompt, generates it with an OpenAI image model, and saves the result to Drive with a persistent link. Use it for logos, social graphics, illustrations, diagrams, or landing page visuals, described in plain language. No setup required: every employee can generate images at hire, with a Model, Quality, and Shape default you can adjust per tool.
- Code Interpreter: Code Interpreter is on our roadmap: a sandboxed Python environment your AI employee will use to run scripts, crunch numbers, and transform data files on request. Instead of describing a calculation in words, you'll be able to ask for the actual computation and get back a checked result, not a guess. It is not available yet.
- Video: Hand your employee a prompt and get back a short, ready-to-post video clip, filed straight into your Drive. Built for social cuts, ad concepts, and quick product demos. Editing your own footage is coming next.
- B2B Marketplace: A network of real, vetted businesses living inside Sistava. Ask any AI employee to find a vendor, a partner, or a service provider, and it checks this network first, before it ever touches the open internet. Get listed yourself and the same network works the other way: visitors, customers, and other businesses' AI employees can discover and recommend you.
- Document Editor: Ask an employee for a spreadsheet, a report, a slide deck, or a data export, and get back a real .xlsx, .docx, .pptx, .csv, or .pdf file, not a wall of text pasted into chat. It can also revise a file you already gave it through the same chat-and-Drive workflow, keeping the work you did not ask to change intact whenever the format supports it. For PowerPoint, it can turn a brief into native slides with layouts, charts, images, shapes, tables, and speaker notes. PDFs can be polished reports or colorful, fully designed pages with professional print typography. Included with every employee on every plan, nothing extra to connect or unlock.
- Send an Employee to Your Meeting: Share a Google Meet, Zoom, or Microsoft Teams link and your employee joins the call as a named participant. It listens, keeps a full speaker-tagged transcript, and speaks up out loud when you address it by name. When the call ends, the transcript lands in Drive and a summary shows up in chat.
- Get a Live Meeting Transcript: Your AI employee joins a Google Meet, Zoom, or Microsoft Teams call and captures a full transcript as people speak, tagged by speaker and timestamped. Ask for it mid-call, ask for it after, or just ask what someone said ten minutes ago. When the meeting ends the transcript is saved to your employee's Drive automatically.
- Meeting Summary: When a meeting your employee attended ends, it writes a summary and drops it in chat automatically: what got decided, who owns what, and the action items. No need to ask for a recap, it is already waiting when you check in.
- Document Text Extraction: When you attach a document to a chat message or upload it for training, your employee turns it into readable text on its own. PDFs, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint files, OpenDocument files, RTF, and plain text or data files all come through automatically, tables included, with no conversion step for you to run first.
- Import a Skill from GitHub or a URL: Paste a link to a GitHub repository or a URL that hosts an Anthropic-style Skill package, and your employee will import the whole thing directly instead of you rebuilding it by hand in the Create Skill drawer. This is on our roadmap and is not active yet: the option appears in the Skills toolbar and in the Create Skill drawer today, but importing does not run until we ship it.
