You describe the presentation, whether that is a client pitch, a project update, or a summary of a report an employee already produced, and it comes back with an actual slide deck: a title slide, a logical run of content slides, bullet points sized to fit, and speaker notes for whoever presents it.
The starting point is not a blank page. An employee can pull from a document it already wrote, a spreadsheet of numbers it already pulled, or a conversation thread with you, and turn that material into a slide-by-slide narrative instead of you copying and pasting between chat and a slide editor by hand.
What makes this different from just asking a chat assistant to write slide text is the output: a real, downloadable .pptx file with actual slide layouts, not a wall of markdown you have to reformat yourself. Today, that same underlying file-generation engine produces working .pptx decks, complete with title and content layouts, bullet formatting, embedded images, and speaker notes. Built on the file engine your employees already use
Your employees do not write and execute code to build files. A structured, trusted rendering engine turns a content plan into the real binary, the same approach already used for the spreadsheets, Word documents, and PDFs an employee can hand you today. Presentation Builder applies that same reliable path to slide decks: the employee decides what the deck should say, and the rendering layer guarantees the .pptx comes out as a properly formed file every time, not a broken export.
Because the deck is a real file and not pasted text, it lands in your Drive alongside the other files your employees produce, so you can find it again, hand it to a teammate, or ask the employee to revise it later without starting over.
Structure, not just slide text
The hard part of a deck is rarely the sentence-level writing, it is deciding how much goes on each slide and what order builds the argument. Presentation Builder is meant to handle that structuring step: splitting a longer piece of content into a sensible number of slides, choosing which layout each slide needs, whether that is a section break, a two-column comparison, or a plain title, and keeping bullet points short enough that the slide reads instead of becoming a script.
You stay in control of the source material and the ask. If your employee already produced the underlying report or numbers, you can ask directly for the presentation version of that same work, so the deck stays consistent with what you have already reviewed instead of the employee starting a new narrative from scratch.
How It Works
From a topic or a document to a downloadable slide deck
You describe what the presentation is for and, if you have one, point the employee at the source material: a report it wrote, a document you uploaded, or a summary of a project. The employee plans a slide structure first: how many slides, what each one covers, and what order tells the clearest story.
From that plan, it writes the actual slide content: titles, bullet points kept short enough to read at a glance, and speaker notes with the detail that does not belong on the slide itself. The result is assembled into a real .pptx file and handed back to you as a download in your workspace, ready to open in PowerPoint, Google Slides, or Keynote and adjust from there.

Yes, that is the intended flow: point the employee at content it already produced, a document, a summary, a set of notes, and have it turn that into a matching slide-by-slide version instead of writing the presentation from a blank page.
